Business Transformation ArchitectThis Architect is responsible for designing people/process/technology solutions that address changes arising from merger and acquisition integration efforts, Business Transformation or other change initiatives. The position is charged with finding the best solutions for the company’s goals of cost efficiency, scalability and flexibility. This person will be on a team that serves as the middleman between the executive team, IT, segment leadership and the different groups that drive the key functions and processes.This is a senior individual contributor position without supervisor responsibility. The position provides guidance and technical and business expertise. Duties include:• Lead the design efforts associated with complex change management initiatives (e.g., merger and acquisition integration, Business Transformation)• Act as the liaison between the business and the technical team members throughout the solution delivery process.• Bring best practice examples to business design challenges for middle and back office processes(P2P, O2C, R2R).• Articulate alternative solutions that meet the diverging goals of cost efficiency, scalability and flexibility and guide stakeholders through the trade-offs involved.• Identify cost saving opportunities by creating economies of scale and of scope within each segment and across segments.• Identify and analyze the requirements gathered from end users. Assist project leaders by scoping the proposed solution leading to accurate cost and time estimates.• Provide leadership and facilitation for large scale IT projects that support business change• Provide project management as requiredThe position requires the following technical experience:• ERP design and implementation in the capacity of a senior SME, preferably with Oracle EBS• Advanced understanding of Accounting concepts and Accounting systems• Experience with M&A integration• Experience with change management and process improvement in middle and back office environments• Proven ability to elicit requirements from end users and to organize requirements gathered during meetings with segment leadership• Ability to translate and simplify requirements from end users• Ability to create business cases (ROI analysis)• Ability to organize and conduct the meetings to obtain a desired outcomeThe position requires the following management experience:• End to end business process design and analysis• Excellent oral and written communication• Detailed experience and knowledge of ERP systems, specifically Oracle EBS• Functional knowledge of enterprise systems, ERP systems and custom development• Experience with defining complex business requirements• Strong Financial and business background• Ability to work with remote teams from around the world• Ability to build consensus among stakeholders with diverging priorities
