Keep all AC units in good working condition. Execute regular maintenance and minor repairs on mechanical equipment. Help in any other maintenance needs. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Inspect al AC units every month. Change filters, clean coils, and change different parts when necessary.2. Test all smoke detectors every month and replace batteries every six months.3. Execute regular maintenance on motor vehicles and make minor repairs.4. Give bicycles to guests, inspect/repair returned bicycles and file required paper work.5. Keep the property clean. Pick up debris and trash on a daily basis.6. Answer service phone call and work order when on duty and quickly respond to any maintenance request.7. Execute any task assigned by his or her supervisor. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to work outside in all seasons.License as air conditioning technician and knowledge in vehicle mechanics.Ability to work with power tools. WORKING CONDITIONS:Working conditions for this type of work environment can or will require weekend and/or evening work. In addition, the employee might need to be available for emergency maintenance related issues at all times.
