Performs wide range of services including document preparation, account servicing/maintenance (account reconciliation, address change, stop payments, account closings, transfers, notary, processing check orders), and problem resolution. Solicits new accounts and cross-sells products and services. May follow-up on Teller referrals and may have teller responsibilities.
