Working as a ProDesign / Sales Representative, the objective is always to provide professional design advice, making the buying decision easier for homeowners, designers, contractors and builders.Responsibilities Include:Present quality kitchen and bath drawings and estimates according to the client’s stated needsMeet and exceed sales objectives for assigned and prospective clientsProvide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding services, products, pricing, availability, product use, and payment terms.Provide value-added, after-sale service and support to nurture customer relationships and loyaltyTrack and report customer contacts, leads and salesContribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as neededRequired Qualifications:At least three years proven sales experience with strong ability to close the dealHands on knowledge of interior design or kitchen design is requiredExperience using 20/20 Design, ProKitchen or other interior design software is a Plus (*Design software training is available for qualified individuals)Three years design experience and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standardsBasic knowledge of residential constructionModerate to intermediate working knowledge of computers, web-based softwareTeam player focused on working together toward our combined successStrong time management and organizational skillsAccessible; accountable and responsiveEffective communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsWhat We Offer:Competitive base pay plus commission: ProDesign / Sales Representatives can earn $50-$80K or more per year by meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives!Paid Vacation/ PTOEmployee discounts on products and servicesExcellent company growth and consistently increasing customer baseTop-notch open-door company leadershipA fun, fast paced work environmentWe are expanding our staff with the team approach and an eye toward mutual success.
