Job DescriptionWe are looking for a responsible, personable, detail-oriented receptionist/Data Entry /office assistant, who will operate the front desk of our office during office hours, Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm.Main responsibilities include:-greeting customers as they enter our office and directing them appropriately-answering calls from current and potential customers, handling questions, taking messages and routing callers to the proper person within our company-providing general office and administrative support for the company's operations-data entry of all invoices and sales receipts-collection calls and administer credit applicationsRequirements:-strong work ethic, reliable, and able to get along well with others: we are a small and growing company, and everyone counts-great phone communication skills: you are the first person our customers will hear and see-attention to detail: our projects are often complex and their execution requires extreme care-self-starting personality, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, and work with a minimum of supervision-high level of computer skills and knowledge, especially QuickBooks and Excel
