One of our clients, a leader in the automotive parts industry, is currently looking for an Inventory Clerk to monitor and maintain current inventory levels.RESPONSIBILITIESMonitoring and maintaining current inventory levelsPurchase orders processing as requiredOrders trackingPurchases records maintainingPhysical count of inventory, reconciling with actual stock count to computer-generated reportsReception, unpacking, and goods deliveriesRe-stock items as necessaryShelves labelingCustomers invoices processing and issuanceReturns processing and documentation as required following established proceduresClerical duties routine, including data entry (QuickBooks), phone answering and customers supportMiscellaneous job-related duties as assignedREQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma2 years of experience in supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory controlAbility to reconcile stock counts to report dataAbility to prepare routine administrative paperworkClerical, word processing, and/or office skillsKnowledge of invoicing proceduresProven experience on QuickBooks inventory routinesProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook)Proficiency in SpanishSKILLSDatabase managementAbility to analyze and solve problemsOrganization and planningAbility to manage multi-task workMathematical reasoning
