Review SME applications and enter sata into the online office system.
Handle SME related questions in the ticketing system.
Communicate with SME Coaches and applicants.
Coordinate the information flow between the SME department and other departments involved in the process.
Follow the invoicing for SME accounts and report to accounting department while ensuring to coordinate the information flow with the merchants.
